H. Wayne Huizenga, Jr. Becomes an Atlantic Sponsor of the
2014 Sayfie Review Florida Leaders Summit
The Sayfie Review Florida Leaders Summit is honored to announce that H. Wayne Huizenga, Jr. has become an Atlantic Sponsor of the 2014 Florida Leaders Summit, being held in Orlando, Florida on December 4-5. Wayne's very generous sponsorship will help provide all Summit attendees with an exceptional Summit experience.
While many are familiar with the success of his father H. Wayne Huizenga, Sr., Wayne Jr. is a successful businessman, entrepreneur, and supporter of the State of Florida in his own right. He has served as President of Huizenga Holdings in Fort Lauderdale for over 10 years, he is revolutionizing a marine industry segment as the CEO of privately held Rybovich Marina in West Palm Beach and he currently serves on the Board of Governors for the State University System. In each of these private and public endeavors, Wayne Jr. has demonstrated a strong commitment to the advancement of the State of Florida.
The Sayfie Review Summit is an invitation-only, non-partisan event for Florida's top leaders, modeled after the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Building upon the success of the inaugural 2013 Summit, the 2014 Summit will bring together Florida's top business, government, news media, non-profit and academic leaders to consider and discuss the most impactful ideas, issues and trends facing our state.
The 2014 Summit is being held after the November elections to give Florida's leaders an opportunity to convene with each other in a unique, post-election, pre-inauguration venue. The Summit’s mission is “Engaging Florida’s Leaders, Shaping Florida’s Agenda, Prospering Florida’s Future."
