Sayfie Review Reaches Nearly 2M Views in 2008
Sayfie Media hires Jordan Raynor as Executive Editor
Half-way through 2008, page views and unique visits to SayfieReview.com have never been higher. In the first six months of this year, SayfieReview.com has attracted 1,980,259 page views with an average of 70,000-80,000 page views per week. The popular Florida political news website has been read by more than 72,000 absolute unique viewers in the first half of this year and is on track to gain over 12,000 more unique viewers than it did in 2007.
The Review's readership during 2008 has stretched across the globe to 87 countries and territories including the U.S., the U.K, Spain, China, Mexico, Canada and Kazakhstan. Florida, New York, the District of Columbia, Georgia, and Virginia round out the top five states and territories the Review is read in. The city of Tallahassee leads Florida with the highest concentration of Sayfie Review readers, followed by Tampa, Miami, Orlando and Fort Myers.
"Having personally published the Review daily for almost 6 years, I am extremely grateful to all of our visitors from around the world who have helped grow the site's readership so significantly," says SayfieReview.com publisher Justin Sayfie. "Because of the exceptional quality and quantity of the readership we have been fortunate to develop, we will continue to fulfill our obligation to make SayfieReview.com the best and most widely-read source for all of Florida's political news."
SayfieReview.com is also proud to announce the hiring of Jordan Raynor as the Executive Editor of Sayfie Media (sayfiereview.com, sayfienews.com, purpleflorida.com).
A graduate of Florida State University, Raynor will become the Review's first full-time staff member, managing the day-to-day operations of all Sayfie Media products as well as expanding the content of each site.
"Jordan's hiring as our Executive Editor demonstrates our commitment to continue to grow and expand our audience and online products," Sayfie continued. "Jordan's background provides a unique blend of experience in politics and public relations that will enable us to achieve those objectives."
The announcement of the hire of Jordan Raynor comes in the midst of the development of Sayfie Review 2.0, to be released later this summer.
