Gov. Jeb Bush to be keynote speaker at Sayfie Summit
We are honored to announce that former Florida Governor and 2016 presidential candidate Jeb Bush will be the Summit keynote breakfast speaker, Friday morning, September 15. Governor Bush will participate in a keynote interview, and the focus of the conversation will be "The Future of our Nation."
Gov. Bush served as Florida's chief executive from 1999 to 2007. In addition to many other business and civic-related responsibilities, Gov. Bush currently serves as the president and chairman of the Tallahassee-based Foundation for Excellence in Education, a nonprofit that focuses its work on education reform in Florida and around the country.
One of only two Florida governors to serve a full two terms, he led the state through a period of robust economic growth. Bush governed with a reform-minded approach and addressed the key challenges that the state faced, leading to innovations in economic, education and health care policies. Known for his thoughtfulness and inquisitive mind, Governor Bush is one of the country's most respected voices on matters of domestic and international policy.
The theme for this year's Summit is "The Future of Everything." Summit attendees will hear from some of the country's most insightful leaders who will help us understand the nature of the world we will soon be living in, and what it means for us today.
The Sayfie Review Summit brings together Florida's top business, government, news media, non-profit and academic leaders in a unique, non-partisan and interactive forum for engagement and collaboration.
The leaders who attend this two-day event are a unique assemblage of Florida's top decision makers who continually seek the opportunity to learn from others and share their own ideas.
The 2017 Sayfie Review Florida Leaders Summit will be held on Sept. 14-15 at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.
