JUDGES TAKE UP REDISTRICTING CASE: A three-judge panel will hear arguments in U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown's battle against a redistricting plan that would force her to run in a dramatically reshaped district stretching across part of North Florida. Brown argues that the redrawn district, which stems from a lengthy legal battle over the state's congressional map, violates the federal Voting Rights Act.
