THE CAPITAL, TALLAHASSEE, JUNE 5, 2015…..Florida lawmakers will move into the second week of a special legislative session, as the House and Senate try to reach agreement on a budget for the fiscal year that starts July 1. The coming week also will include Democrats gathering in Broward County for a major fund-raising event.

GOOD DAY TO GO FISHING: As part of a "license-free fishing" weekend, the state will waive its saltwater recreational fishing license requirement Sunday.
