$461.4 million. The amount that Gov. Rick Scott vetoed from Florida's $78.6 billion budget this morning. It is believed to be a record total for nixed spending. Vetoes include $15 million for a UCF campus in downtown Orlando, $5 million for a soccer facility in Jacksonville, and $250,000 for the "Ma Barker" house in Ocala.
