CHRIS HART has been named chief executive officer of Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers. Hart served in the Florida House from 1998 to 2002 and formerly was CEO of CareerSource Florida.

MICHAEL SCOTT WILLIAMS has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a judge in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County. Williams, of Valrico, is currently a Hillsborough County judge.

STEVEN HENDERSON has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a judge in the 7th Judicial Circuit, made up of Volusia, Flagler, Putnam and St. Johns counties. Henderson, of Port Orange, is currently a Volusia County judge.

RENEE L. INMAN has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a Manatee County judge. Inman, 44, of Parrish, is a general magistrate in the 12th Judicial Circuit.

CYNTHIA SULLIVAN OSTER has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a Hillsborough County judge. Oster, of Tampa, is a senior assistant county attorney for Hillsborough County.

DANNY NIX has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida SouthWestern State College Board of Trustees. Nix, of Punta Gorda, is owner of Nix & Associates Real Estate, LLC.

SHELDON SUGA AND STEPHANIE SCUDERI have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Keys Community College Board of Trustees. Suga, of Duck Key, is a vice president managing director at Hawks Cay Resort. Scuderi, of Tavernier, is market president for the Upper Keys at Centennial Bank.

PATRICK KILBANE AND GISELLE CARSON have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Jacksonville Aviation Authority. Kilbane, of Jacksonville, is a financial adviser with Ullmann Brown Wealth Advisors. Carson, of Jacksonville, is an attorney and shareholder with Marks Gray PA.

KEENAN KNOPKE, JODY BRANDENBURG AND LEWIS HALL have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services. Knopke, of Temple Terrace, is president of Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, Inc. Brandenburg, of Jacksonville, is president of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Homes and Cemeteries. Hall, of Lakeland, is president of Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes in Serenity Gardens. 

JARED FRITTS, WAYNE VEITCH AND JOHN MCTYRE have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board. Fritts, of Jacksonville, is a risk engineer for transportation at Crum & Forster Insurance. Veitch, of Green Cove Springs, is vice president of Ring Power Equipment Company. McTyre, of St. Cloud, is director of strategic relations of Unified Logistics Operating Group. 

LINDA DUDLEY has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Holmes County Hospital Corporation. Dudley, of Bonifay, is a former loan officer for the United States Department of Agriculture.

PAT ALLEY has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Children's Services Council of St. Lucie County. Alley, of Fort Pierce, is retired vice president of development for TD Bank.
