JOSHUA DOYLE has been named executive director of The Florida Bar. Doyle most recently worked as a special agent in the FBI's Tallahassee office and previously was a lawyer and lobbyist with the firm Metz, Husband & Daughton.

JENNIFER HINSON has joined the law firm Rutledge Ecenia P.A. Hinson, who will be senior counsel, most recently served as senior director of hospital contracting for WellCare Health Plans.

GREG BLACK has joined the Gunster legal and lobbying firm. Black has worked as an attorney and lobbyist with the Metz, Husband & Daughton firm.

JANET PRICE has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the St. Johns River Water Management District Governing Board. Price, of Fernandina Beach, is corporate environmental manager for Rayonier, Inc.

JAY TRUMBULL has been appointed by House Speaker Richard Corcoran to the Florida Defense Support Task Force. Trumbull, a Panama City Republican, represents District 6 in the state House.

PAMELA GOODMAN has been re-elected as president of the League of Women Voters of Florida. Goodman, of Palm Beach Gardens, is a former president and CEO of the retailer Limited Express.

KIMBERLY ALLBRITTON has been named administrator for the Florida Department of Health in Jefferson and Madison counties. Allbritton served as acting administrator for Jefferson and Madison Counties from July 2012 to January 2016.

DANIEL CALVO AND TAMEKA GERMAN have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. Calvo, of Lakeland, is regional consultant of clinical services for Accelerated Care Plus. German, of Tallahassee, is owner of Premier Therapy Services. 

DANIEL WATERS AND MARIELLE KITCHENER have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Big Cypress Basin Board. Waters, of Naples, is project manager at Peninsula Engineering. Kitchener, of Naples, is operations manager at Turrell, Hall & Associates, Inc.

ADRIAN ALFONSO has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc. Alfonso, of Miami, is tax director at Kaufman Rossin PA.

WILLIAM “BILL” TULKO, ANGELA HOFFMAN AND SUSAN BURROWS have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Children's Services Council of Martin County. Tulko, of Hobe Sound, is a retired financial executive and CPA. Hoffman, of Hobe Sound, is executive director of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce. Burrows, of Jensen Beach, is a retired principal of the Challenger School.
