SUSAN C. LANGSTON has been named vice president of advocacy for LeadingAge Florida. Langston worked the past five years as director of government affairs for the Florida Assisted Living Association.

NOREEN FENNER is the new owner and operator of the financial administration and reporting firm PAC Financial Management. Feinner's previous positions have included working as a lobbyist with Tidewater Consulting Inc.

ROOSEVELT HOLMES III has been named deputy political director of the Florida Democratic Party. Holmes' previous experience includes working on President Barack Obama's 2008 campaign and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer's 2012 campaign.

LARRY METZ, RANDOLPH BRACCIALARGHE AND DONALD WEIDNER have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. Metz, of Yalaha, represents District 32 in the Florida House and is the owner of Metz Law Firm P.A. Braccialarghe, of Plantation, is a law professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Law. Weidner, of Tallahassee, is dean of the Florida State University College of Law.

HUNTER CARROLL AND BRIAN ITEN have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as judges in the 12th Judicial Circuit, which includes DeSoto, Manatee and Sarasota counties. Carroll, of Sarasota, is an attorney with Matthews Eastmoore practicing commercial litigation. Iten, of Parrish, has worked as an assistant state attorney since 1994.

ROCKY RODRIGUEZ AND CHRISTOPHER URE have been appointed or reappointed to the North Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners. Rodriguez, of Fort Lauderdale, is a Realtor for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida First. Ure, of Weston, is a senior vice president of wealth management at UBS Financial Services.

JENNIFER HILL AND PETER WAHL have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Lake-Sumter State College District Board of Trustees. Hill, of Leesburg, previously served on the Lake County Commission. Wahl, of The Villages, is a District 33 aide in the Florida House of Representatives.

THOMAS LEWIS AND JAMES MCKNIGHT have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Gulf Coast State College District Board of Trustees. Lewis, of Lynn Haven, is owner of Tom Lewis Agency LLC. McKnight, of Wewahitchka, is assistant hospital administrator of Florida State Hospital.

DANIEL ALVAREZ AND REBECCA SMITH have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority. Alvarez, of Seffner, is a managing member of The Alvarez Legal Group and is an adjunct professor at the University of Tampa. Smith, of Tampa, is president and owner of The AD Morgan Corp. and the founder and president of WoofGang Solutions.

LILLIE "DENISE" WALLACE AND SCOTT MCCALEB have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. Wallace, of Neptune Beach, is founder and president of BCM Services. McCaleb, of Jacksonville Beach, is president of Vulcan Lands Inc.

BRANDON BEIL has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Lake Shore Hospital Authority of Columbia County. Beil, of Lake City, is a location manager for Southwest Georgia Oil Co.

ROBERT SALTSMAN, BRIAN CUNNINGHAM AND LINDA PELLEGRINI have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Virtual School Board of Trustees. Saltsman of Winter Park, is an attorney and certified public accountant with Saltsman, Charlton & Associates P.A. Cunningham, of Fort Lauderdale, is president of J Strategies. Pellegrini, of Windermere, is president of Pellegrini Homes.

JAMES UPCHURCH AND ALAN GAREY have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises, Inc. Board of Directors. Upchurch, of Tallahassee, is a former assistant secretary for institutions for the Florida Department of Corrections. Garey, of Parkland, is president and chief executive officer of Decimal Engineering.

MICHAEL ADU-TUTU has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the State of Florida Correctional Medical Authority. Adu-Tutu, of Port St. Lucie, is a dentist for the Florida Department of Health.

MARK FONTAINE AND KIMBERLY SPENCE have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Statewide Drug Policy Advisory Council. Fontaine, of Tallahassee, is executive director for the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association. Spence, of Panama City, is chief executive officer of Nonsecure Programs Inc. and Keeton Corrections Inc.

MARCI KNAUSS has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Diabetes Advisory Council. Knauss, of Mount Dora, is a retired teacher at Lake Brantley High School.

PETER ANTEVY, JAMES "JAY" BROSNAN, KATHY BROWNING, LISA GREEN, LAURIE ROMIG, NICHOLE "NIKKI" SHIMKO AND STEVE WHITE have been appointed to the Emergency Medical Services for Children Advisory Committee. Antevy, a physician is CEO and founder of Pediatric Emergency Standards, Inc. Brosnan is a critical care/intensive care unit nurse with Twin Cities Hospital. Browning has 23 years experience as a school health nurse. Green is a voluntary pre-kindergarten teacher. Romig, a physician, is an emergency medical services consultant. Shimko is a pediatric critical care transport team coordinator with Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida. White is emergency medical services program director at Pensacola State College.

MICHELE STROPOLI, KENNETH "JUSTIN" LORD, TROY MASCHMEYER, ANTONIO OBREGON AND CHARLES "PRESTON" SPARKMAN have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Concrete Masonry Education Council. Stropoli, of Orlando, is executive director of FICAP. Lord, of Fort Lauderdale, is president and chief executive officer of Central Broward Construction. Maschmeyer, of Palm Beach, is president and chief executive officer of Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida. Obregon, of Boca Raton, is president and chief executive officer of Formrite Construction LLC. Sparkman, of Plant City, is vice president of sales with Quality Precast Co.

HUNTER CONRAD has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as the St. Johns County clerk of courts. Conrad, of St. Augustine, is an attorney at Canan Law and previously worked as an assistant state attorney in the 7th Judicial Circuit.

LUKE BUZARD has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County. Buzard, of Wesley Chapel, is audit services director at TECO.

LOURDES MOLA has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County. Mola, of Orlando, is founder and president of Lourdes Mola Solutions.

ROBERT BELL has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County. Bell, of Palmetto, is the owner of RM Bell Services LLC.
