DOUG HOLDER has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority. Holder, of Sarasota, is a former member of the Florida House of Representatives.

SYD KITSON has been elected 2016-2017 chairman of the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Kitson is chairman and CEO of Kitson & Partners.

VALERIE WICKBOLDT has been named communications director for the Florida Department of Revenue. Wickboldt has served as vice president of communications for The James Madison Institute.

JEFFREY T. KUNTZ has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a judge on the 4th District Court of Appeal. Kuntz, of Boca Raton, has been a shareholder with GrayRobinson, P.A
 
MARCELLUS W. OSCEOLA JR. has been elected chairman of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Osceola, who lives on the Hollywood Seminole Reservation, is an entrepreneur.

LYNDA BELL has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Communities Trust. Bell, of Homestead, is a former Miami-Dade County commissioner.

CHARLES KEITH has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Suwannee River Water Management District Governing Board. Keith, of Lake City, is owner of American Pawn Brokers, Inc.

BRUCE MCINTOSH has been named medical director for the Statewide Child Protection Team program at the Florida Department of Health. McIntosh, a pediatrician, has previously held positions such as medical director for the University of Florida First Coast Child Protection team.

MARIA STAHL has been named health officer for the Florida Department of Health in Brevard County. Stahl most recently served as nursing services director for the department in Brevard.

PAUL ARTHUR AND PETER HENDRIKSEN have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. Arthur, of High Springs, is an occupational therapist at the University of Florida. Hendriksen, of New Port Richey, is a respiratory therapist at Suncoast Pulmonary Diagnostics, Inc.

ANGELA PHILLIPS, LISA RIDDLE AND ROBERT SIBLEY have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers. Phillips, of Satellite Beach, is owner of Dependable Property Management. Riddle, of Boynton Beach is vice president of operations for GRS Management Association, Inc. Sibley, of Winter Springs, is a retired financial manager with Charles Schwab and Company.
