MEGAN FAY has been appointed as Gov. Rick Scott's director of policy. Fay has worked in the governor's office since 2013, most recently as deputy director of legislative affairs.

CARLOS BERUFF has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as chairman of the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Beruff is the founder of Medallion Home and is a commissioner on the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority Board.

JOSE "PEPE" ARMAS has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Armas, of Miami, is a physician and chairman of MCCI Group.

LISA CARLTON has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Carlton, of Sarasota, is co-owner and manager of the Mabry Carlton Ranch, Inc. and is a former member of the Florida Senate and Florida House.

TIM CERIO has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Cerio, of Tallahassee, is an attorney who previously served as Scott's general counsel.

EMERY GAINEY has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Gainey, of Tallahassee, is director of law enforcement relations, victim services and criminal justice programs in the Attorney General's Office and served last year as interim Marion County sheriff.

BRECHT HEUCHAN has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Heuchan, of Tallahassee, is CEO of ContributionLink, LLC and owner of The Labrador Company, a political and government-affairs firm.

MARVA JOHNSON has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Johnson, of Winter Garden, is regional vice president of state government affairs for Charter Communications and serves as chair of the Florida Board of Education.

DARLENE JORDAN has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Jordan, of Palm Beach, is executive director of the Gerald R. Jordan Foundation and is a member of the state university system's Board of Governors.

FRED KARLINSKY has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Karlinsky, of Weston, is co-chair of the Greenberg Traurig law firm's Insurance Regulatory and Transactions Practice Group.

BELINDA KEISER has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Keiser, of Parkland, is vice chancellor of Keiser University.

FRANK KRUPPENBACHER has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Kruppenbacher, of Orlando, is an attorney and chairman of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

GARY LESTER has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Lester, of The Villages, is a vice president of The Villages.

JIMMY PATRONIS has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Patronis, of Panama City, is a member of the Florida Public Service Commission and previously was a member of the Florida House.

PAM STEWART has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Stewart, of Tallahassee, is the Florida education commissioner.

NICOLE WASHINGTON has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Washington, of Miami Beach, is state policy consultant for the Lumina Foundation is a member of the Florida A&M University Board of Trustees.

JEFF WOODBURN has been named executive director of the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. Woodburn most recently served as Gov. Rick Scott's policy director.
 
WILFREDO FERRER will join the law firm Holland & Knight in its Miami office. Ferrer most recently has served as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

JOSE "ERNIE" MARTINEZ, THOMAS DELILLA, ANDREE AUBREY, FRANK CHERRY, ROBERT COX, SARA GAVER, TASHA TURNER, NICOLE ATTONG AND WHITNEY HARRIS have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Independent Living Council. Martinez, of Miami, is a disability advocate for the Center for Independent Living of South Florida. DeLilla, of Miami, is a former bureau chief for the Department of Health. Aubrey, of Tallahassee, is director of the Area Health Education Center at the Florida State University College of Medicine. Cherry, of Cantonment, is executive director of the Center for Independent Living Disability Resource Center of Pensacola. Cox, of Lynn Haven, is executive director of the Disability Resource Center of Panama City. Gaver, of Jacksonville, is a therapy audit clerk at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital. Turner, of Key Largo, is a consumer specialist for the Center for Independent Living of the Keys. Attong, of Miami, is director of operations for Florida International University, Embrace. Harris, of Tallahassee, is special projects coordinator for the Florida Chamber Foundation.
