ROBERT WOODY has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida A&M University Board of Trustees. Woody, of Gainesville, is a retired deputy secretary of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

ROBERT "BOB" JONES has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the University of West Florida Board of Trustees. Jones, of Westville, is chief executive officer of Jones-Phillips & Associates Inc.

ROBERT SCARINGE has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees. Scaringe, of Rockledge, is president and founder of Mainstream Engineering Corporation.

WILLIAM "BILLY" BUZZETT has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida State University Board of Trustees. Buzzett, of Santa Rosa Beach, is an attorney and partner with Harrison, Rivard, Duncan & Buzzett.

WILLIAM EDGAR has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the College of Central Florida District Board of Trustees. Edgar, of Ocala, is chairman of Vistage Group of Ocala and Gainesville.

LINDA L. GONZALEZ AND LEWIS M. OLIVER III have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Valencia College District Board of Trustees. Gonzalez, of Orlando, is vice president of philanthropy and multicultural insights for the Orlando Magic. Oliver, of Orlando, is an attorney and founding partner with Quinones & Oliver PL.

JOHN "BOB" LONG JR. has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota District Board of Trustees. Long, of Sarasota, is chief executive officer of Marine Concepts.

CYNTHIA "CINDY" ROSS has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Polk State College District Board of Trustees. Ross, of Lakeland, is president of Organization Management LLC.

ELENA SPOTTSWOOD has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Keys Community College District Board of Trustees. Spottswood, of Key West, is a community volunteer.

RALPH "TERRY" HADLEY III AND LINDA DIGONZALEZ have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind Board of Trustees. Hadley, of Altamonte Springs, is an attorney with Swann, Hadley, Stump, Dietrich & Spears PA. DiGonzalez, of Tallahassee, is director of volunteers for senior citizens for Westminster Oaks.

NANCY DETERT has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Southern Regional Education Board. Detert, of Venice, is a state senator who represents District 28 in Sarasota and Charlotte counties.
