JESSE PANUCCIO has joined the law firm Foley & Lardner. Panuccio is a former executive director of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and served as general counsel to Gov. Rick Scott.
AMIT AGARWAL has been appointed by Attorney General Pam Bondi as the state's solicitor general. Most recently, Agarwal served as deputy chief to the appellate division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
ALLISON CARTER has joined The Fiorentino Group government-relations firm. Carter most recently worked as chief process adviser to the Florida House speaker.
MICHELLE GLADY has been named director of communications at the Florida Department of Corrections. Glady most recently served as deputy communications director and press secretary for the Florida Department of Children and Families.
KELLY CORDER has been named director of communications at the Florida Commission on Offender Review. Corder previously worked as the agency's public information officer.
BOB QUAM has been named by the Department of Children and Families to serve as chief hospital administrator and will manage operations of Florida State Hospital, Northeast Florida State Hospital and North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. Quam most recently served as hospital administrator of the South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Facility.
BOB GIBSON has been named hospital administrator for the state's North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. Gibson has held a series of positions at the center, including assistant hospital administrator.
PADRAIC JUAREZ has been named by the Department of Health as health officer in Taylor County. Juarez also serves as health officer in Wakulla County.
JENNIFER BLACK has been named community relations manager for U.S. Sugar Corp. Black, of Wellington, most recently worked on the planning and management team for the Palm Beach International Agricultural Summit.
