MARC DUNBAR has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Northwest Florida Water Management District. Dunbar, of Tallahassee, is a partner with Jones Walker LLP and an adjunct professor at the Florida State University College of Law.

STEVEN FAHLGREN has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a judge in the 4th Judicial Circuit, which includes Duval, Nassau and Clay counties. Fahlgren, of Hilliard, has served as attorney for the town of Hilliard since 2007 and is a solo private practitioner.

STEPHEN ZACCOR has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as a Broward County judge. Zaccor, of Weston, has served as an assistant state attorney in the 17th Judicial Circuit since 1998.

SHANA LASSETER has been named chief of staff at the Florida Commission on Offender Review. Lasseter most recently has worked as director of operations at the commission.

ANNA ALEXOPOULOS has joined On 3 Public Relations as an account manager. Alexopoulos most recently was a project coordinator at the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes (FLASH) and previously worked as press secretary for state Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater and as a regional field director for the Republican Party of Florida.

SANDRA HAAS AND WILLIAM "BILLY" WASHINGTON have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the North Florida Community College District Board of Trustees. Haas, of McAlpin, is a retired attorney and previously served on the Suwannee County School Board. Washington, of Pinetta, is president of Briggs, Washington and Thompson Land Surveying Inc.

LINDSEY LANDER AND MIGUEL TEPEDINO have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Gateway College District Board of Trustees. Lander, of Trenton, is a self-employed attorney. Tepedino, of Lake City, is a physician with North Florida Family Medicine.

CANDACE HOLLOWAY AND RANDLE "RANDY" SHOEMAKER-CRUMP have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida State College at Jacksonville District Board of Trustees. Holloway, of Bryceville, is executive director of the Ark of Nassau. Shoemaker-Crump, of Jacksonville, is senior vice president and national agency counsel for Fidelity National Title Group.

BENJAMIN "BEN" LEON III has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Miami-Dade College District Board of Trustees. Leon, of Coral Gables, is president and chief executive officer of Leon Medical Centers.

JOHN DOWD has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Palm Beach State College District Board of Trustees. Dowd, of West Palm Beach, is president of the Dowd Companies.

CHIP SIMMONS AND FRANK WHITE have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Pensacola State College District Board of Trustees. Simmons, of Cantonment, is the Pensacola police chief. White, of Pensacola, is general counsel and a business analyst for Sandy Sansing Dealerships.

DANIEL DORRELL has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Polk State College District Board of Trustees. Dorrell, of Lakeland, is a certified public accountant with Cross, Fernandez & Riley LLP.

YUL ANDERSON, GLENN GOOD, EVELYN CARTRIGHT, ULYSEES GILBERT II, DAVID KUMAR AND WILLIAM SPIERS JR. have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Fund for Minority Teachers Inc. Board of Directors. Anderson, of Miami, is director of administrative services for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court. Good, of Gainesville, is dean of the college of education at the University of Florida. Cartright, of Davie, is a professor at Barry University. Gilbert, of Gainesville, is a program analyst for the United States Geological Survey. Kumar, of Davie, is a professor at Florida Atlantic University. Spiers, of Tallahassee, is director of financial aid at Tallahassee Community College.

FRANK DIAZ has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Council on Homelessness. Diaz, of Miami Lakes, is co-chief executive officer of ADG Omnimedia.

ROBERT COLEN has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County. Colen, of Ocala, is a manager of On Top of the World Communities.

ERIC FINKEL AND MARILYN LAWLESS have been appointed or reappointed to the Children’s Services Council of St. Lucie County. Finkel, of Port St. Lucie, is chief executive officer of My Treasure Coast Online. Lawless, of Port St. Lucie, is a registered nurse and case manager at the St. Lucie Medical Center.

JAY LEVIN, NEIL CALL AND KATHRYN OVIDE have been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Lower Florida Keys Hospital District. Levin, of Key West, is a self-employed healthcare consultant. Call, of Key West, is a retired certified public accountant. Ovide, of Key West, is the customer-service department manager for the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority.
