DREW PARKER has joined Radey Law Firm. Parker most recently served as general counsel of the Florida Department of Financial Services and previously was general counsel of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

CLAY HOLLIS AND ANDREW LIEBERT have been named by Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam to positions at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Hollis, who will serve as director of external affairs, has worked as senior legislative assistant to U.S. Rep. Tom Rooney. Liebert, who will serve as deputy legislative affairs director, most recently served as a legislative aide to state Rep. Ben Albritton, R-Wauchula.

JONATHAN REES has joined Anheuser-Busch as state affairs manager for Florida. Rees most recently has served as deputy legislative affairs director for the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

DEAN IZZO has joined the Capital City Consulting lobbying firm. Izzo has served as chief of staff, chief financial officer and chief information officer at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.

KATE WALLACE has been named director of public affairs for the Florida Cable Telecommunications Association. Wallace previously served as community engagement director for the Foundation for Excellence in Education.

AARON BEAN has been appointed by Duval County legislative delegation Chairman Jay Fant to the Jacksonville Waterways Commission. Bean is a Republican state senator in District 4, which includes Nassau County and part of Duval County.

LISA HALL will join the board of directors of the League of Women Voters of Florida. Hall founded Hall+Media and is a senior consultant to the public-relations firm Salter >Mitchell.

RONALD BRISE has been appointed to the executive committee of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. Brise is a member of the Florida Public Service Commission.

GREG BELIVEAU has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the North Lake County Hospital District Board of Trustees. Beliveau, of Leesburg, is owner of LPG Urban and Regional Planners, Inc.

KELLY CURTIS, DARRYL FALES, MICHAEL ARMBRUSTER, JAY SNYDER AND ROBERT CARLTON have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Concrete Masonry Education Council. Curtis, of Windermere, is vice president and general manager of Prestige Concrete Products VCNA. Fales, of Estero, is resident of Preferred Materials - Concrete Division. Armbruster, of Winter Garden, is an educator for the Orange County Public Schools. Snyder, of Orlando, is president of Masonry Accessories, Inc. Carlton, of St. Augustine, is general manager of Capital Concrete and Masonry, Inc.

ROBERT MOUNT JR., DALE SOLES AND SCOTT GUTHRIE have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority. Mount, of Chiefland, is president of Robert E. Mount, Jr., DDS, PA. Soles, of Live Oak, is retired and formerly worked for AC Nielsen Co. Guthrie, of Trenton, is president of Drummond Community Bank.
