RON BARTLETT has been named general manager of Florida for Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Bartlett, who will oversee the firm's Tampa and Tallahassee offices, most recently has worked as its deputy general manager of Florida.

JEFF RAINEY has joined the law firm Colodny Fass. Rainey had worked for the state Office of Insurance Regulation since 2006, most recently as supervisor in the agency's company admissions unit.

JENNIFER WILSON has joined the firm Adams and Reese LLP as a government affairs adviser. Wilson, who will work in the firm's Tampa office, has worked as an adviser and campaign manager for several Florida lawmakers.

TOMMY FORD has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott as the Bay County sheriff. Ford, of Lynn Haven, most recently has served as chief deputy for the Bay County Sheriff's Office.

DOUG BOURNIQUE has been reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the St. Johns River Water Management District. Bournique, of Vero Beach, is executive vice president of the Indian River Citrus League

ELIZABETH KIDDER AND MANSOOREH SALARI have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Healthy Kids Corp. Board of Directors. Kidder, of Tallahassee, is assistant deputy secretary of Medicaid policy and quality for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Salari, of Lakeland, is chief medical officer of Children's Medical Services for the Florida Department of Health. 

FRANK LEDEE has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the South Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners. Ledee, of Hollywood, is an assistant state attorney for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. 

WENDY HEDRICK has joined the Volunteer Florida Foundation Board of Directors. Hedrick, of Tampa, is manager of external relations for Sunshine Health.

DAVID SHOAR, ROBERT HARDWICK AND JEFFREY PEARSON have been appointed or reappointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission. Shoar, of St. Augustine, is the St. Johns County sheriff. Hardwick, of St. Augustine Beach, is the St. Augustine Beach police chief. Pearson, of Satellite Beach, is the Satellite Beach police chief.

Miller, of Tampa, serves as chief operating officer of WellCare Health Plans. Bertha, of Sunrise, serves as medical director of Sunshine Health. Manzie, of Hollywood, serves as administrative director of telehealth strategy for Memorial Healthcare. Stanton, of Cleveland, Ohio, serves as senior director of distance health for the Cleveland Clinic. Selznick, of Longwood, holds positions with Selznick Consulting and CFP Physicians Group. Hay, of Miami Beach, serves as senior vice president of Ideal Life. Stynchula, of St. Petersburg, serves as CEO of REUNIONCare and is acting state president of AARP. Gross, of Coral Gables, serves as assistant vice president of operations for Baptist Health South Florida. O'Neil, of Sarasota, serves as chief medical officer of Brooksdale Senior Living, Inc. Terkonda, of Jacksonville, serves as the site medical director for connected care in Florida for Mayo Clinic.
