Crist Math, by Politico Florida's Marc Caputo

There's a reason Rep. David Jolly is running for U.S. Senate: His 13thcongressional district has loved it some Crist. Mapping guru Matthew Isbell ran the new numbers for us: In the new boundaries of the district, Crist would have beaten Gov. Rick Scott in the 2014 governor's race 54.2 percent to 38.7 percent. That's a 15.5 percent margin. As it stood before, in 2014, Crist carried the district by 8 points (50-42 percent).
