Jordan Raynor is the Executive Editor of Sayfie Media, LLC. Since joining Sayfie Media in 2008, Raynor has kept Sayfie Media ahead of the social media curve in the online news industry. Sayfie Media’s success at leveraging social networking earned SayfieReview.com the first-ever ITFlorida Award for Excellence in Web 2.0 in 2008. Raynor has also worked to expand the Sayfie Media brand in news aggregation by overseeing the redesigns of two websites (SayfieReview.com and SayfieNews.com) and the launch of five (SayfieBusiness.com, SayfieReview.tv, SayfieBusiness.tv, SharonDayGOP.com and CapitolHillCubans.com).
In 2009, Raynor served as the Online Campaign Director for Sharon Day’s campaign for Secretary of the Republican National Committee. His efforts on behalf of the campaign generated more online support for Day than some candidates for RNC Chairman. Raynor’s responsibilities included creating and updating a campaign blog, proactively interacting with supporters on Facebook and Twitter, producing and distributing web-video and managing a text message and email campaign to the members of the RNC. Through successfully harnessing new media and new technology, Day’s campaign won an upset victory in January 2009.
Raynor is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in public relations. Throughout his career, he has been involved managing and consulting on political campaigns on the federal, state and local levels and spent the 2006 election cycle in the White House Office of Political Affairs.
